Monday: Send store manager completed template/mock ad for changes.
Wednesday: Receive fax of filled out template from Store Manager. Complete and proof the two page ad in InDesign.
Wednesday: Email Low Resolution PDF to store manager for approval.
Thursday: Make any corrections. Save file as High Resolution PDF and send to MinuteMan Press.
Thursday: Create banners for the email blast to customers. Upload banners to ChipMonkey for release.
After learning the steps of creating an email blast with InDesign and Chipmonkey.com for the July 21st flyer, I used my knowledge to create the August 4th email. Each week the two banners are redesigned for the email blast based on the theme of the advertisement.
